Croissants with Nutella (master class)
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. So, let me tell you. Can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Thaw the dough at room temperature. The original recipe used chocolate chips, but the author suggested replacing them with chocolate chunks if they are not available.
- 2
Step 2

Place the dough on the table, I sprinkled it with a little flour, then cut it into triangles— I got 8 pieces. There's no need to roll the dough too thin; it's better when the croissants are fluffy.
- 3
Step 3

Place a couple of teaspoons of chocolate chips on the edge of the dough.
- 4
Step 4

Roll the dough.
- 5
Step 5

Shape the croissants (roll them slightly into a "crescent" shape), place on parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 12–15 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

The croissants are ready. Remove them from the baking sheet and let cool slightly.
- 7
Step 7

Using a bread knife, make a cut (do not go all the way to the edge).
- 8
Step 8

Fill the inside of the croissant with Nutella.
- 9
Step 9

Place the ready croissants on plates, decorate with berries and fruits, and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
- 10
Step 10

The baked goods are ready. Serve with tea.
