Filled croissants
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. To make filled croissants, you'll need a small package of ready-made puff pastry. If you prefer, you can make the dough yourself. For the filling, I recommend using solid ingredients: chocolate is perfect because it will melt but not leak out. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
