Prepare the listed ingredients. Instead of vegetable oil, you can add mayonnaise of any fat content or a white-based sauce to the salad. In advance, boil and cool 1 chicken egg.

Thaw the puff pastry, cut it into long triangles, and roll each one into a roll, starting from the edge with two corners and finishing at the single corner in the middle.

Step 3

Bake the croissants in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C. Five minutes before they’re done, beat a chicken egg and brush it over the surface of the pastries. The croissants will develop a golden crust. After that, remove them from the oven and let them cool for about 10–15 minutes.
