Blueberry Croissants
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. The croissants can also be made with frozen blueberries. To do this, you don't need to defrost them — just roll them in starch right away and arrange them on the dough. Be sure to cool the croissants before serving, otherwise there's a risk of getting burned by the filling. Such pastries can be made with any berries or fruits. They can be served with tea or coffee.
