Croissants with apricots
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Making croissants is very simple; today we will use fresh apricots for the filling, as berry and fruit season is at its peak. Croissants should be served hot, immediately after baking. If desired, you can add a scoop of creamy ice cream to the pastry—it will be even tastier and more appetizing. You can serve them with tea or coffee.
