Crostini with Tomatoes
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. We were served tomato crostini like these at a restaurant in the wonderful Italian city of Verona. I liked this appetizer right away — seemingly the most ordinary sandwiches with the simplest filling, but they look quite impressive, pair wonderfully with wine, and taste very good. As it turned out, recreating something like this at home is very simple — so I'm sharing my experience with you :) Serve with herbs and sauce.
