Rabbit in its own juice
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Rabbit meat, when cooked properly, turns out not only healthy but also very delicious. Since the meat can easily dry out when fried, I recommend baking or stewing it. To all rabbit meat lovers, I'd like to offer my favorite recipe for cooking this lean meat. Let's bake rabbit with spices in its own juice. The rabbit turns out juicy, tender, and extremely tasty! It can be served with various sauces, fresh vegetables, or any other side dish. And if you don't have rabbit meat, don't worry. You can prepare chicken or turkey using this recipe—it will turn out just as good. Be sure to try it. The finished dish is ready to be served.

Then transfer the rabbit to a roasting bag, tie the ends, and prick the bag in several places to allow steam to escape. Cook the meat in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes. During cooking, a lot of liquid will be released, and the rabbit will cook in its own juices. You can check the meat's readiness with a knife.
