Rabbit in kefir
Description
This recipe is great because the marinade turns out incredibly aromatic and spicy, giving the rabbit a unique flavor. Kefir works wonderfully, making the meat very tender and juicy. You can marinate the rabbit not only for 1-1.5 hours before cooking, but also overnight, so it absorbs the flavors better.
