Rabbit in mustard

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Rabbit with mustard goes well with a green salad. Preparation: Season the rabbit with salt and pepper on all sides. Place it on its belly onto a baking sheet or in a roasting pan. Generously coat the rabbit's back with mustard (about half a cup). Bake for 15 minutes. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and season with salt. Remove the rabbit from the oven, turn it onto its back, and spread the remaining mustard over its belly. Arrange the potatoes around the rabbit and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove the rabbit from the oven and pour sour cream over it. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve the rabbit hot with a green salad.
