Rabbit in foil, baked in the oven
Description
Actually, few of my acquaintances use rabbit meat, which is a real shame, as this meat is truly delicious, healthy, and diet-friendly. In my opinion, the best way to cook it is baking, so today I'll tell you how to make rabbit in foil in the oven. With this recipe, the meat turns out incredibly juicy and tender, and thanks to the foil, it retains all its beneficial properties. However, if you, like me, enjoy a flavorful crust on your meat, you can unfold the foil toward the end of cooking—this way the rabbit will brown slightly and become absolutely delicious. So if you've rarely cooked this kind of meat before, I suggest adding it to your regular diet now. Especially since with this simple recipe for rabbit in foil in the oven, you'll know exactly how to do it.

Place the prepared parcel onto a baking sheet or in a baking dish, and add a little water to the dish—about half a cup. Put the rabbit leg into a preheated oven at 180–200 degrees Celsius (356–392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 50–60 minutes. After this time, you can unwrap the foil and return the leg to the oven for another 10 minutes to brown it slightly.
