Rabbit in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the rabbit tender, it should be marinated beforehand. I use a little sour cream mixed with spices. After marinating, sear the meat, combine it with the remaining ingredients, and bake in the oven. As a result, you'll get meat with a hearty side dish. So, have a look. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. It's best to cut the rabbit into small pieces and marinate it before cooking. Sour cream works best for the marinade. Add spices and salt to taste. Let the rabbit sit for 30 minutes, then proceed to fry it.
- 2
Step 2

2. Sear the meat in vegetable oil until browned.

Step 3

3. Mushrooms will add a special piquancy to the rabbit, as they go wonderfully well with sour cream.
- 4
Step 4

4. And the final touch — the potatoes. Cut them into large pieces so they retain their shape during baking (rabbit takes longer to roast than potatoes).
- 5
Step 5

5. Mix the mushrooms with the potatoes, add a little vegetable oil and spices.

Step 6

6. Now place the meat over the potatoes with mushrooms, then put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. If you want more sauce, add more sour cream.

Step 7

7. At the very end, add coarsely chopped garlic.
