Cut the rabbit carcass into pieces and thoroughly rinse. You can soak it for a couple of hours in slightly vinegar-acidified water.

Heat vegetable oil in a cast-iron pot, then add the meat.

Sear the rabbit pieces on all sides. You can also fry them in a frying pan. Sprinkle the meat pieces with a mixture of spices and salt.

Add the chopped onions and mushrooms to the meat. Actually, you can add any vegetables. Pour in half a cup of water and half a cup of wine. Cover with a lid and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
