
Rabbit stewed in wine
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for rabbit stewed in wine. Prepare the rabbit in advance and marinate it in mustard. You can use whole-grain mustard, although regular mustard will work too. Serve with fried or boiled potatoes, as they pair especially well with tender rabbit meat. Serve hot.
