
Rabbit stewed with carrots
Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1. First, wash and cut up the rabbit. 2. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Coat it on all sides with mustard. You can also use soy sauce and various spices in the recipe for rabbit stewed with carrots. 3. Place in a deep bowl and coat with flour. 4. Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet and heat it. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 8. Transfer the vegetables to the skillet with the rabbit. Pour in clean water or broth. 9. After boiling, the rabbit stewed with carrots should simmer gently, covered, until fully cooked. Serve hot with your favorite side dish, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
