Rabbit with apples and onions

Description
During prolonged stewing, the onion breaks down well. This helps the sauce thicken and become very flavorful. The addition of apples gives it a sweet-and-sour taste, which pairs perfectly with meat.

Place rabbit pieces in wine. Add salt and spices. Mix and let marinate for several hours.

Then fry over high heat.

Add the chopped onion. Fry everything together for a couple of minutes. Pour in a little wine from the marinade and simmer over low heat, covered, for 20-30 minutes.
