Step 1

Take rabbit meat, preferably the rib section, which is best for stewing, and cut it into pieces. Wash them and dry.

Step 2

Now it's time for the carrots and onions. Peel the onion and chop it into small squares. As for the carrots, scrape them with a knife, wash, and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Rinse the mushrooms under cold running water or soak them to clean thoroughly. Peel with a knife and slice into pieces. You can use any other mushrooms, for example, oyster mushrooms, or canned mushrooms in their own juice.

Step 4

Set the multicooker to the "Sauté" mode. Pour odorless and tasteless vegetable oil into its bowl. First, sauté the onion and carrot to make a golden-brown roux, then add the rabbit pieces and brown them until golden.

Step 5

Peel and wash the potato tubers, then cut them into cubes. Add the potatoes and mushrooms to the multicooker bowl and pour in water. Set the "Stewing" mode, add bay leaf, salt, and spices. Simmer the dish for an hour and a half until fully cooked.
