Description
Rabbit meat pairs wonderfully with the flavor of tomato sauce, while sour cream makes it wonderfully tender. This is a great recipe for a family dinner. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes on the side.

In a bowl, mix sour cream, tomato sauce, adjika, salt, and spices.

Add the coarsely chopped onion.

Cut the rabbit meat into portion pieces and marinate in the resulting sauce for several hours, or preferably overnight.

Then place the meat in marinade into a baking dish and put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1.5 hours. Cook the meat for the first hour, loosely covered with foil.
