Croque Madame, French Style
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Croque-madame and croque-monsieur — that's what the most famous French-style ham and cheese sandwiches are called. They're ordered for breakfast in the best cafés and restaurants around the world, and in Paris it's simply a must! These delicious sandwiches owe their name to their own crispy bread base. For my part, I recommend making a variation of the French breakfast for your family. It can be served warm or chilled.
