Crypto cakes
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Now I'll tell you in detail. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients for the cupcakes first. Let's get started!
- 2
Step 2

2. In a saucepan, melt the butter without bringing it to a boil; simply cut it into cubes and stir with a spoon to speed up the process.
- 3
Step 3

3. Combine the sugar and butter, mix well until the sugar begins to dissolve.
- 4
Step 4

4. Add the eggs. Warm the kefir to 30-35 degrees, so that it is "pleasantly" warm. Add it to the warm butter. Mix the ingredients well.
- 5
Step 5

5. Combine the flour with the baking powder. At this stage, you can add vanilla extract or flavoring essences for aroma. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
- 6
Step 6

6. Thoroughly mix the dough with a whisk or mixer at low speed until smooth and uniform. The dough is thick but stretchy, aromatic, and warm.
- 7
Step 7

7. Pour the batter into molds; you can use paper or silicone molds, or make them directly in a muffin pan—whatever you prefer. However, do not pour in too much batter, as the cupcakes rise!
- 8
Step 8

8. Bake the cupcakes at 200 degrees Celsius for 18–20 minutes. Adjust the time according to your oven and the size of the molds. Check for doneness with a toothpick—it should come out dry. This recipe yields 12 cupcakes.
- 9
Step 9

9. While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the whipped cream and chocolate. Break the chocolate into pieces, place in a saucepan, and set on the warm oven, letting it melt slowly to prevent burning.
- 10
Step 10

10. Chill the cream and beat it with a mixer until a fluffy cream forms. It took me about 7-8 minutes. There are plant-based creams available for whipping, in case you can't tolerate dairy.
- 11
Step 11

11. To make cupcakes beautiful and colorful, I use food coloring. Divide the cream into equal parts, and add coloring to each part (literally a few drops).
- 12
Step 12

12. Mix, adjust the cream's saturation by the amount of food coloring.
- 13
Step 13

13. When the chocolate has melted, pour it into a piping cone or icing syringe, and draw cryptocurrency symbols onto the foil. Place the foil with the chocolate in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes. Once the chocolate has hardened, carefully peel it off the foil.
- 14
Step 14

14. Place the cream into a piping bag, attach a nozzle, and decorate the cupcakes as you like.
- 15
Step 15

15. Insert the chocolate sign into the cream. Done!
- 16
Step 16

16. You can use sprinkles to decorate crypto cupcakes, but they tend to stain the frosting over time, so do this right before serving the cupcakes. Good luck!
