Instructions
- 1
Step 1

If you have unpeeled shrimp, clean them first. Season the peeled shrimp with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, and let them sit for 5–10 minutes.
- 2
Step 2

Place a frying pan or saucepan over heat with oil. Beat the egg and dip the shrimp into it one by one, letting the excess drip off. Place the shrimp onto a plate.
- 3
Step 3

To make the batter, add starch to the egg. If there is not enough batter, add another egg and some more starch.
- 4
Step 4

The oil in the pan has heated up well. Dip the shrimp into the batter.
- 5
Step 5

And immediately place into the boiling oil.
- 6
Step 6

Fry for about 2 minutes until the batter is golden brown, then place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- 7
Step 7

For the sauce, mix wasabi powder with milk, then add mayonnaise to achieve your desired consistency. You can add a little lemon juice to taste. Dip each shrimp into the sauce.
- 8
Step 8

And beautifully present the dish. You can arrange the shrimp in sauce on fresh salad leaves or on chips.
