
Shrimp in Soy Sauce
Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. The shrimp in soy sauce can be pan-fried as shown in this recipe, or you can marinate already cooked seafood. If you like, add a little heat to the marinade—for example, chili pepper. The shrimp weight in this recipe is given already peeled. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Gather all the ingredients needed for cooking on the table.

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add the shrimp to the boiling water for 5 minutes.

Then clean the shrimp: remove the shells, heads, and intestinal veins, then rinse them.

Prepare the marinade. In a separate small bowl, pour the soy sauce, squeeze in the juice from half a lemon, and add dried herbs and ground black pepper.

Press the peeled garlic cloves through a garlic press.
