Shrimp in sour cream
Description
Tender and juicy shrimp in sour cream will be a wonderful addition to a side dish of spiced boiled rice or any kind of pasta. In just 30-40 minutes, you'll have a delicious dish on your table that even girls won't be able to resist :) If you're using boiled frozen shrimp, you'll be done even faster. No need to peel them, and they only need to simmer in sour cream for about 7-8 minutes. It turns out delicious, believe me. So, let's get started.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Thaw the shrimp, rinse and peel off the shells.
- 2
Step 2

Sprinkle the peeled shrimp with salt and a mixture of black and allspice. Let them sit for about 10 minutes so they can absorb the spices.
- 3
Step 3

Heat a pan with butter and sauté the shrimp for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use heat slightly higher than medium.

Step 4

Add sour cream to the shrimp in the pan, mix well and simmer for 10-15 minutes under the lid. Stir occasionally. About one minute before cooking, add finely chopped herbs.
