Shrimp with garlic sauce
Description
Perfect for the table and for drinks. You can use large or small shrimp; I still prefer medium-sized so there's enough for everyone. I prepare the shrimp without boiling, only pan-frying them on a skillet with the necessary spices added. You can serve them with a side of fresh vegetables (for example, tomatoes, cucumbers) or as a snack with beer.
