Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Colorful shrimp in spicy sauce — a real Indian dish! It takes only 15 minutes to prepare, but be careful with ground chili pepper — it's very hot! This dish is best served with cold drinks, chilled white wine, or beer. The finished dish can now be served.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Thaw the shrimp. If the product was purchased raw-frozen, it needs to be simmered for about 8-10 minutes; if it was boiled-frozen, then for about 3-4 minutes.

Peel the onion and garlic, then rinse them in water. Finely dice half of the onion and mince the garlic. Transfer both to a frying pan with some vegetable oil. Sauté for about 2–3 minutes.

Add the spices to the skillet, pour in the hot water, and bring the liquid to a boil.

Pour the shrimp into the pan and stir. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
