Shrimp in Lavash
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. The finished dish is cut with a sharp knife like a pie and served with sour cream as a sauce and avocado as a garnish. The shrimp must be boiled and marinated (let sit in the marinade for 10 minutes), then fried in lavash or a tortilla (a small thin flatbread) with onion, herbs, and cheese. Serve hot, while the crust is still crispy. Serve the appetizer at the table.
