
Grilled Shrimp
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Shrimp can be cooked not only on a grill; you can also use an electric grill, a grate, or a skillet. In any case, it is not recommended to remove the shrimp shell, as it is the outer shell that protects them from direct contact with the grate. As a rule, shrimp are grilled accompanied by a special sauce for fried shrimp. They can be served warm or chilled.

First, turn on the grill. Then rinse the shrimp under running water and let them drain.

At the same time, combine olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Also add garlic and finely chopped parsley.

Arrange the shrimp in a baking dish and pour the garlic mixture over them. Bake for 30–40 minutes at 160°C.

Place the shrimp on a hot grill, then flip them to the other side approximately every 3 minutes.

Grilled shrimp cooking time: no more than 7-8 minutes.

When the shrimp turn golden, arrange them on plates and serve with your favorite sauce.
