BBQ Shrimp
Description
It works for both special occasions and everyday meals. For this dish, it is best to choose large shrimp—king or tiger shrimp. BBQ shrimp makes an excellent snack with beer or for a buffet spread; they can also be served alongside a variety of side dishes. The key is not to overcook the shrimp and to follow the cooking time exactly. The shrimp can be served with sauce and a green salad. They can be served warm or chilled.
