Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's better to use natural condensed milk, or even better, make it yourself, even though it takes a long time to cook. Just don't forget to keep an eye on it. Use butter with at least 82% fat content—this will make the cream tender and help it hold its shape well. The ready dessert can be served immediately.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making Toffee cream. Take the products out of the refrigerator in advance; they should be at room temperature.

Divide the milk into two parts. Pour half into a saucepan and add sugar, stirring to mix. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil.

In another saucepan, pour the remaining milk and add the eggs.

Add the sifted flour and cocoa powder. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth, making sure there are no lumps.

Stirring the chocolate mixture, slowly pour in the hot milk in a thin stream. Place over low heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. The mixture should thicken and become smooth and homogeneous.
