Dry milk cream
Description
The cream made from dry milk is prepared the same way as with regular milk. When reconstituting dry milk with water, don't skimp on the milk powder. If you follow the instructions on the package, you'll end up with tinted white water. Otherwise, the process is simple and quick. Cover the hot custard with plastic wrap pressed directly against the surface to prevent the cream from drying out.
