Cream cheese frosting
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I wouldn't say I'm a big sweet tooth, but sometimes I still make desserts for myself and my family. Most often, of course, these are cakes, for which I previously made quite rich cream, usually based on butter, so the desserts turned out to be high-calorie and filling. But since I need to watch my figure and don't want to give up my favorite treat, I searched and finally found this simple cream cheese cream recipe. It turns out much lighter and airier than other creams, and its delicate taste simply melts in your mouth. This is truly one of the best creams I've ever tried, and I'm happy to share its recipe with you and tell you about it. Serve chilled.

Transfer the whipped cheese to the cream and gently mix both masses together with a silicone spatula. Now the cream is ready, and it's best suited for sponge cakes with fresh fruits.
