
Sour cream from ryazhenka

The ready dessert can now be served.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Pour ryazhenka of any fat content into a saucepan or a non-stick cauldron. Break the chicken eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the ryazhenka; use the whites for another recipe. Add granulated sugar and pour in the lemon juice. Thoroughly mix the entire mixture with a whisk.

Add the sifted wheat flour and knead it into the milk mixture. Place the container on the stove.

Over medium heat, bring the contents of the container almost to a boil, constantly stirring with a whisk. As soon as the cream thickens, turn off the heat. Keep in mind that it will thicken even more upon cooling.
