Cream
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. Many people probably think it's simpler to go to the store, buy Philadelphia cream cheese, mix it with cream, and get a spread. But I've found for myself that I much prefer the taste of homemade cream. So I recommend you try making this treat. It can be served warm or chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First heat the milk. Bring it to a temperature of 20 degrees; do not boil it under any circumstances. Then add the vinegar.
- 2
Step 2

While continuing to heat the milk over low heat, scoop the curds with a slotted spoon into a separate bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Add a pinch of salt to the cottage cheese and start mixing with a mixer.
- 4
Step 4

If you see that the mixture is too thick, add a little water.
- 5
Step 5

Separately whip the cream until light and fluffy.
- 6
Step 6

Add the cream to the cottage cheese, mix and whisk until smooth. Transfer the cream to a container.
- 7
Step 7

Chill the cream in the refrigerator for 8 hours. That's it. You can enjoy it.
