Cream soup in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I prepared a vegetarian version, so I didn't use meat or broth, but if you prefer heartier soups, you can use meat or chicken broth. For extra richness, you can also add cream or processed cheese to the soup. Good luck with your cooking! Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Wash all the vegetables, peel them, and cut into small pieces. Divide the cabbage into small florets. Place everything into the multicooker and pour in water or broth. Add spices to taste.

Step 2

2. In "Soup" mode, cook for one hour. Then transfer the soup to another container to avoid scratching the multicooker pot, and blend with a blender.

Step 3

3. All the vegetables need to be brought to a soft, uniform consistency. This is how this soup turns out.

Step 4

4. Before serving, you can boil the soup once again to make it hot. Garnish the plates with fresh herbs and serve.
