Sour cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Crème fraîche is a French dairy product, very similar to sour cream, yet still different from it. I use crème fraîche to prepare various sauces and can't imagine many Italian dishes (such as pasta carbonara, etc.) without it. However, even in Moscow, buying crème fraîche is not easy. So I have to make it myself—which is fortunately very simple. The finished dessert can be served immediately.
