
Mackerel Cream-Fish

Prepare the listed ingredients. Buy smoked mackerel or make it using the recipe on our website. You can also use boiled or baked fish—choose according to your taste. But cream cheese spread gets its brightest flavor with smoked mackerel!

Cut the fish carcass in half along the backbone, remove the backbone and bones. Cut the flesh off the skin. Peel the boiled chicken eggs and rinse them.

Cut the hard-boiled eggs into several pieces, rinse and chop the green onions. Place all the chopped ingredients, including the fish, into the food processor bowl.

Add mayonnaise of any fat content and ground black pepper. Do not add salt, as the fish is already salty.

Sauté everything for about 3–4 minutes until all the cuts come together.
