Description
For making a cream based on cream, I always use cream with a fat content of at least 33%. If you use lower-fat cream, it simply won't whip and will remain liquid. This cream can be used for layering cakes.

To prepare the cream, gather all the ingredients. The cream should be well chilled. It's best to let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for a while so it blends more smoothly into the cream.

Pour the cream into the chilled bowl for preparing the cream.

Add the powdered sugar to them and turn the mixer on low speed. Initially, you need to let the powdered sugar dissolve in the cream.

Then set the mixer to maximum speed and beat the cream with powdered sugar until a smooth and fluffy cream forms.

Add the cottage cheese and cream cheese to the cream, and mix well into the cream until no lumps remain.
