Crème brûlée
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This is not quite the usual version of the well-known dessert. Thanks to the pumpkin puree and a blend of aromatic spices in its composition, the cream acquires the flavor notes of a spiced pumpkin pie. No one can resist this dessert! It's pure bliss under a layer of sugar caramel :) The ready dessert can now be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and boil one liter of water. In a saucepan, mix the cream and vanilla extract, then heat the cream to approximately 70 degrees. Do not bring to a boil!

Step 2

Separately mix the pumpkin puree (cooked or baked pumpkin blended in a blender), spices, brown sugar, and egg yolks; mix well.

Step 3

Now add the cream to the pumpkin mixture and stir until smooth.

Step 4

Prepare portion molds and pour the mixture into them. Take a large baking dish, place all the molds with the mixture into it. Pour hot water into the large dish so that it reaches about 2/3 of the height of the small molds. Place this setup in the oven for half an hour.

Step 5

Carefully remove the small molds and place them on a flat surface to cool. After 30 minutes, you can put the cream in the refrigerator for about an hour. Once the cream has cooled, sprinkle a thin, even layer of granulated sugar on top of each mold.

Step 6

Using a torch, burn the sugar until a caramelized crust forms on the dessert. Serve the dessert while the caramel is still warm.
