
Crackers with rosemary
Description
These crackers have a delicate rosemary flavor. They are great served with hummus, vegetable dip, and fresh sliced vegetables.

1. Place a large baking sheet in the oven and heat to 230 degrees. Finely chop the rosemary. In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, rosemary, and black pepper.

2. Add water and olive oil, stir with a wooden spoon until you obtain a stiff dough.

3. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then divide the dough into 6–8 portions, depending on the size of your parchment paper sheets.

4. One by one, roll out each piece of dough on a floured work surface into a round shape to the desired thickness. Place the flatbread onto parchment paper. Using a brush, generously coat the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.

5. Place on a hot baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the oven, let cool, and break into large pieces. Repeat with the remaining dough.
