Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. You can substitute corn flour for rice flour. This is a basic cracker recipe; you may add any spices to the dough to your liking. For more details, serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix both types of flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Add vegetable oil, stir again.

Pour water into a bowl, knead a uniform dough. Roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough to half a centimeter thick. Cut it into rectangles.

Prick the crackers with a fork. Brush with butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the crackers for 10–15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
