Red Ruby

Description

Dissolve raspberry-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of hot water. Add frozen raspberries and stir well until smooth. Pour into a glass container. Chill until almost set, about 30–60 minutes. Spread sour cream over the set gelatin layer. Chill. Dissolve cherry-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of hot water. Add chopped pineapple and cranberry sauce, and mix well. Chill until partially set, about 20–40 minutes. Spoon the cherry gelatin mixture over the sour cream layer. Chill until completely set, about 1–2 hours.
