    1. Mix the flour with cinnamon. Cut the cold butter into small pieces with a knife. Add it to the flour and rub the mixture with your hands until it becomes crumbly.

    3. Wash the fruits thoroughly, remove the pits, and cut them into small slices. Gently rinse the raspberries and dry them.

To remove it from the bowl, simply lift it out using the edges of the parchment paper.
