
Microwave Crumble
Description
You can eat microwave crumble warm, but if you prefer it cold, you'll need to wait for it to cool down. Serve chilled microwave crumble with yogurt, whipped cream, topping, or ice cream. You can garnish it with fresh berries and mint leaves.

1. Divide the butter into two equal parts, place in cups or molds, and melt in the microwave (30 seconds at maximum power).

2. Mix half of the butter with almond flour and 1 tsp of sugar, and the other half with oats, the remaining sugar, and honey. Place everything in the microwave for 1 minute at maximum power.

3. In a mold, combine the mixture with oat flakes and blueberries. Microwave at maximum power for another minute.

4. Mix the contents of the mold and sprinkle with nut crumble. Let it cool. The microwave crumble is ready!
