Description

Simple and delicious blackcurrant pie. Beat the egg with sugar, salt, sour cream, and vanilla. Add oil and flour, then knead the dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 40 minutes, then bake for 20 minutes. Next, place berries mixed with sugar and starch on top of the crust and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
