2. First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place all the fruits and berries you will be using into a deep bowl. In this version, it's nectarine cut into wedges, banana slices, and pitted cherries. Add a little sugar and lemon juice, sprinkle with cornstarch, and gently mix.

3. Prepare a heatproof dish, line it with foil or parchment paper. Lightly grease with oil, then arrange the fruits in an even layer.

4. To prepare the crumb mixture, combine sugar, flour, butter, and salt in a small bowl. For flavor, I use nutmeg; you can use cinnamon or vanilla instead, for example. Mash with your hands into crumbs, then add the oat flakes. Mix everything thoroughly.

5. Place the crumb topping on top, put the dish in the oven for about half an hour. Then, you can additionally brown it under the broiler for a couple of minutes before serving.
