
Raspberry crumble
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Crumble is an English dessert you can make with different fruits and berries. I suggest using raspberries. You’re sure to love the crisp crumble topping and the raspberry aroma. Serve chilled or lightly warm.

Prepare all ingredients.

Pour the flour into a bowl and add pieces of butter.

Add vanilla sugar and plain sugar, and rub together until crumbly.

Add the oats and chopped nuts. Mix again.

Sprinkle the raspberries with starch so they don’t leak too much during baking.

Line the bottom of a baking tin with a layer of raspberries and sprinkle crumbs of flour, nuts, and butter on top.

Place the crumble in this state into an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

Bake the crumble for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.

Let the crumble cool slightly, then serve. It goes wonderfully with milk and hot tea.
