Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can make cruffins either from ready-made puff pastry or make the dough yourself. Choose as you like. For the filling I chose raisins, but you can experiment and add any other dried fruits, coconut flakes, grated chocolate, or ground nuts. In any case, the pastry turns out very tender, airy, and delicious! You won’t be able to resist The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare all the ingredients. Take the dough out in advance and thaw it at room temperature.

Cover the raisins with boiling water and let them sit for 10 minutes.

Roll out the first layer of dough into a rectangle about 2 mm thick. Brush the surface with vegetable oil. Mix the sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle it over the dough. Dry the raisins and spread them on top.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a log.

Cut each roll into two parts, without cutting all the way through.

Unfold the first part of the roll with the cut side outward and roll it into a snail shape. Place the resulting snail into a muffin tin. Unfold the second part of the roll in the same way, roll it up, and place it on top of the snail.

Thus prepare all the cruffins from the second part of the dough. Bake at 220 °C for about 30 minutes.
