Crab sticks stuffed in batter
Description
Perfect for both special occasions and everyday meals. For the filling, use a hard-boiled egg and smooth creamy Philadelphia cheese. You can fry the sticks in a skillet, but deep-frying will turn out much tastier and more appetizing. Serve the appetizer on its own, or pair these sticks with a side—rice or a light vegetable salad. Serve the appetizer at the table.
