Crab sticks stuffed with cheese
Description
Perfect for both special occasions and everyday meals. This is one of my family's favorite snacks, and I often adjust the filling to suit my taste. The filling will be especially delicious if you add a hard-boiled egg.

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Thaw the sticks in advance and remove the plastic wrap.

Grate the hard and processed cheese, place the filling in a convenient bowl, add minced garlic and mayonnaise from your favorite brand.

Mix everything until smooth.

Carefully unroll all the crab sticks.

Spread each crab stick with the cheese filling.

Roll the prepared piece into a roll and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

After some time, cut the roll-ups into portions. If desired, you can insert a skewer or toothpick. Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs and serve.
