Crab Sticks Stuffed with Mushrooms

Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. I’d like to share a simple recipe for crab sticks stuffed with mushrooms — an original appetizer, juicy and very tasty! What’s special here is that these sticks are equally delicious served hot or cold. Personally, I even prefer them on the second day after cooking, straight from the refrigerator. Tasty, juicy, and satisfying. Serve the appetizer at the table.

   1. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, and sauté them in vegetable oil with salt. When slightly cooled, add eggs and mayonnaise to taste.

   2. Carefully unroll the crab sticks, fill them with the prepared mixture, and roll back into rolls.
