Crab meat in batter

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Dip crab meat or crab sticks into the batter and fry in boiling oil. The kids ate it with tea instead of pastries. I really enjoyed it too. Serve the finished dish at the table.

   Thaw the imitation crab sticks and remove the films.

   Make the batter. Mix eggs, flour, grated cheese, spices (salt, pepper), and milk. Knead until it reaches a sour cream-like consistency.
